Jared Greenwood
Jared Greenwood Principal Consultant

With twenty-three years working in customs enforcement, instruction, and international capacity building - across agencies, borders, and languages, Jared helps organizations design and deliver training that works in the field, not just the classroom.

About

In a career spanning frontline enforcement with the Canada Border Services Agency, decades offering specialized instruction and guidance at the CBSA Marine Centre of Expertise, and years leading training under the OAS/CICTE Cargo and Container Security Programme across 12 countries. Jared has trained and worked alongside customs officers, police, military personnel, and regulatory agencies in environments ranging from commercial land borders and deep-water container terminals to small vessel clearance operations and rural airports. Throughout that work, he has advised and guided customs agencies across the Americas on programme design, operational doctrine, and capacity building - producing training and consulting products that are flexible across jurisdictions, relevant to local conditions, and built around the operational reality of the people using them.

Jared brings the same standard to every engagement: practical, evidence-based training that reflects real operational conditions and equips practitioners to act with confidence.
